​The Springfield has been around since 2001 and has gone through a few different phases of development over the years, but one thing has remained a constant - we are a premier neighborhood filled with amazing friends and neighbors which is conveniently located close to Basil Griffin Park and in the South Warren / Jody Richards school district! We pride ourselves in our welcoming atmosphere and safe neighborhood (among many other things).
